Riyadh, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 04 يوليو 2026ء) Albudaiwi underlined that the briefing underscored the Kingdom of Bahrain's approach, which is based on respect for the rules of international law and the UN Charter, and its keenness to address challenges through international institutions, thereby contributing to cementing regional and international peace and security.
The secretary general reiterated the GCC's full solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain and its support for all measures taken by the Kingdom to protect its security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, affirming that the security of GCC states is indivisible, and that any aggression targeting one member country is considered an aggression against all.
Albudaiwi also called upon the international community, particularly the Security Council, to assume its responsibilities in maintaining international peace and security, and to take a firm stance against these attacks to ensure the cessation of actions that threaten regional security, respect the principles of international law and the UN Charter, and bolster regional and international security and stability.
