Its participation highlighted topics including treated water reuse, sustainable water resources management, integration across the water sector, dams, digital transformation, smart data, remote sensing, and the Irrigation Practices Code, reflecting the organization's role in advancing irrigation systems and promoting the optimal use of water resources.
The organization also signed five agreements and memoranda of understanding with the Saudi Water Authority and several entities to strengthen cooperation, exchange expertise, support the adoption of the Irrigation Practices Code, qualify irrigation system auditors, and develop modern technologies, contributing to improved water-use efficiency and sustainability.
At the accompanying exhibition, the organization's pavilion featured its flagship initiatives and projects, digital services, and technology solutions supporting the development of irrigation systems. It also showcased the Irrigation Practices Code, guidance manuals, and a mobile laboratory to raise awareness of best practices and support beneficiaries and relevant entities in adopting more efficient irrigation systems.
The participation reflects the organization's role in developing irrigation systems, improving water resources management, expanding partnerships with relevant entities, promoting knowledge transfer, and showcasing the latest solutions and technologies to advance more sustainable practices in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
