Riyadh, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 01 يوليو 2026ء) At the outset of the meeting, Al-Samaani expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the issuance of Royal Decrees promoting and appointing several judges and appointing members to the Supreme Court. He emphasized that the Saudi leadership's continued support for the judicial sector contributes to strengthening the council's work, enhancing judicial performance, and advancing the quality of the Kingdom's judicial system.
The council reviewed several topics related to the development of judicial work, including governance for the selection of judicial leaders, strengthening training and qualification programs, and developing the council's administrative structures and operational processes. These efforts aim to support institutional maturity, improve performance efficiency, and enhance the quality of judicial services provided to beneficiaries.
The council also discussed several judicial matters and adopted the necessary decisions, including the formation of Supreme Court circuits and issues related to the professional affairs of judges. These measures are intended to strengthen the efficiency of the judicial system, support the quality of judicial rulings, and further improve services provided to beneficiaries.
