Jeddah, July (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 01 يوليو 2026ء) The session highlighted the fund's efforts to promote water sustainability and improve the efficient use of natural resources across the agricultural sector.
Al-Sahli said the ADF encourages agricultural projects to adopt modern technologies to optimize water and energy use while improving irrigation efficiency.
He noted that financing provided through the Modern Agricultural Technologies (AgriTech) program has reached approximately SAR8.7 billion since its launch in 2018 through 2025, accounting for around 30% of the fund's total financing, which amounted to approximately SAR29 billion.
He reaffirmed the fund's commitment to building strategic partnerships with government entities, the private sector, and research institutions to advance the adoption of best practices in modern agriculture.
