Rafha, June (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 30 يونيو 2026ء) The municipality said the plan included completing the preparation of 41 public parks and recreation areas, in addition to three model walking trails, providing a variety of options for recreation and sports activities across green spaces covering more than 1.44 million square meters. It also included upgrading the readiness of pedestrian walkways and sports tracks to ensure the comfort and safety of their users.
The municipality noted that its efforts to expand vegetation cover in parks, public squares, and main roads during the first half of 2026 resulted in the planting of 2,910 trees and 500,000 flowers as part of initiatives to improve the urban landscape, expand green spaces, and create a more sustainable and attractive environment.
It also stressed that routine maintenance, comprehensive cleaning operations, and inspections of public facilities, parks, and recreation areas will continue to ensure the delivery of high-quality municipal services in line with the increasing number of visitors.
