Jeddah, June (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 30 يونيو 2026ء) Blending maritime heritage with art, cinema, and cultural dialogue, the program has offered visitors an enriching experience that deepens their connection to the Red Sea's history while showcasing its civilizational legacy through contemporary approaches.
The program opened with the “Hajj Memories Workshop: Reimagining the Pilgrim’s Certificates,” exploring the historical and artistic significance of Hajj certificates. It also featured the “Route of Wellness,” which combined physical activity with the exploration of historic landmarks through a cycling tour of Historic Jeddah's neighborhoods, passing by the Red Sea Museum and the Pilgrims’ Route.
The program continued with a screening of the film “Hajjan” as part of the “Sea Cinema” initiative, offering a cinematic experience that explored themes of identity and heritage. Meanwhile, the “Museum Mystery Quest” welcomed school trips through interactive educational activities that enabled students to discover the museum’s collections in an engaging environment combining learning and exploration.
The museum also continues to welcome visitors to its “Sunken Treasures: The Maritime Heritage of the Red Sea,” which showcases maritime archaeological discoveries that document the history of seafaring and cultural exchange. The exhibition reflects the museum’s ongoing mission to preserve maritime heritage and raise public awareness of its significance.
