Riyadh, June (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 29 يونيو 2026ء) The GCC secretary-general said: "The continuous attacks by the Israeli occupation forces represent a dangerous escalation that would heighten tensions and instability in the region, while undermining regional and international efforts aimed at peace."
He stressed the significance of ensuring and respecting the sovereignty of the Syrian Arab Republic and adhering to the provisions of international law and international humanitarian law, thereby contributing to the protection of security and peace in the region.
Albudaiwi reiterated the GCC's solidarity and stance alongside the Syrian Arab Republic in maintaining its security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, firmly rejecting any violations that compromise its sovereignty or threaten its security.
