Shishi Dates See Strong Demand As Harvest Season Begins

Riyadh, June (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز ‎‎‎ 24 يونيو 2026ء) The National Center for Palms and Dates said fresh Shishi dates begin to ripen in mid-June. They are consumed both as fresh dates and dried dates, range in size from medium to large, and have a long cylindrical shape. The center noted that the variety is cultivated in a number of regions and governorates across the Kingdom.
