The inspection tour included the border crossing building, passenger lanes, and the bus arrivals hall. He also reviewed the Pilgrims City and the services provided to pilgrims, and toured the commercial exchange area to observe operational workflows and organizational procedures.
The deputy governor also inspected the joint operations room, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Center, the Jadidat Arar Hospital, and the external security checkpoint, where he reviewed the level of preparedness and coordination among the relevant authorities.
