Riyadh, June (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 23 يونيو 2026ء) During the visit, the delegation was briefed on EISAR's experience in supporting the implementation of the bankruptcy system, as well as its key initiatives and services that contribute to improving procedural efficiency and enhancing the effectiveness of the system. These efforts support the management of financial distress, promote business continuity, and help preserve the economic value of enterprises.
EISAR also reviewed the regulatory and procedural frameworks governing the bankruptcy system, including preventive settlement, financial reorganization, and liquidation procedures. Discussions covered mechanisms for protecting the rights of creditors and debtors, achieving a balance among stakeholders' interests, and the role of trustees and experts, as well as the processes for their qualification and professional development.
The visit comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise between the two sides.
