The Kingdom's contributions to these groups have totaled $23.761 billion, affirming its pioneering role as one of the largest international donors of humanitarian aid.
In this context, the Kingdom has devoted special attention to supporting refugees residing within its borders by providing free healthcare and education, enabling access to employment opportunities, and fostering their integration into society across all regions.
The value of assistance extended to refugees from Yemen, Syria, the Rohingya minority, and Sudan as of 2026 has reached $20.430 billion, with refugees accounting for 5.5 percent of the Kingdom’s total population.
KSrelief continues to implement relief programs, including establishing camps, operating mobile clinics, distributing food and shelter aid, and carrying out water and sanitation projects in several countries.
Since its establishment in 2015, KSrelief has carried out 4,394 projects in 113 countries worldwide, with a total value exceeding $8.482 billion.
