The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property has launched a public consultation project titled ‘Executive Regulations of the Copyright Law Issued by Royal Decree No. (M/169) Dated 14/08/1447 AH,' which aims to set the provisions, procedures, and controls necessary for the application of the Copyright Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/169) dated 14/08/1447H, and in compliance with the requirement stipulated in the law, which mandates that the board of Directors of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property issue the Implementing Regulations of the Law within (180) days from the date of its issuance.
