21 Projects Open for Feedback through Istitlaa Platform

Riyadh, June (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز ‎‎‎ 16 يونيو 2026ء) Key projects presented on the platform include a project titled ‘Amendments of the Regulations & Violations Table for Tourism Accommodation,’ launched by the Ministry of Tourism. The project aims to update the regulations governing tourist hospitality facilities and industry’s best practices. The updates will enhance investor and visitor experiences, improve service quality, strengthen compliance, and support the sustainable development of the tourism hospitality sector. The public can provide feedback on this project through the Istitlaa platform until June 25, 2026.

The Ministry of Sport has launched a public consultation project titled ‘Regulation of Sports Centers,' which aims to organize the terms and conditions for licensing sports centers. Public feedback on the project will be accepted until June 26, 2026.

The National Cybersecurity Authority has put forward a key project on the Istitlaa platform titled ‘National Framework for Cybersecurity Information Sharing and Incidents Response.’ This project aims to define national regulatory requirements governing information sharing mechanisms and to establish a mechanism for handling cybersecurity incidents. The public consultation for the project ends on July 10, 2026.

The Saudi Water Authority is seeking public feedback on a project titled ‘Procedural Rules for Contractor Qualification Certificate in the Water Sector.' This project aims to define the procedural provisions for issuing the certificate, its validity period, identifying and qualifying contractors to implement projects, and ensuring the sustainability and quality of water service activities. Public feedback on the project is open until July 10, 2026.

The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property has launched a public consultation project titled ‘Executive Regulations of the Copyright Law Issued by Royal Decree No. (M/169) Dated 14/08/1447 AH,' which aims to set the provisions, procedures, and controls necessary for the application of the Copyright Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/169) dated 14/08/1447H, and in compliance with the requirement stipulated in the law, which mandates that the board of Directors of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property issue the Implementing Regulations of the Law within (180) days from the date of its issuance. Public feedback on the project will be accepted until July 11, 2026.

The introduction of draft regulations and similar projects through the Istitlaa platform serves as an affirmation of enhanced transparency in the legislative environment. In addition, Istitlaa fosters a culture of public participation by enabling citizens, government agencies, and the private sector to contribute their insights and feedback on proposed regulations related to the business environment.
