During SPIEF 2026, the minister took part in several panels and specialized events, including a panel titled “Rare and Strategic: Sovereignty and International Cooperation in the Field of Rare Earth Elements and Critical Minerals.” He also joined an interactive session with a group of youth, students, and entrepreneurs organized by SPIEF academy.
Alkhorayef held a series of bilateral meetings with officials from both the public and private sectors.
He also attended the signing ceremony of a strategic cooperation document between the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) and the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow. The document aims to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise in innovation, entrepreneurship, and the development of investment-friendly industrial ecosystems.
The minister's participation in the 29th SPIEF, held from June 3 to 6, reflects Saudi Arabia's ongoing efforts to build effective international partnerships in the industrial and mining sectors.
It also supports the Kingdom's drive to attract qualitative investments, facilitate the transfer of knowledge and advanced technologies, and advance the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, further strengthening Saudi Arabia's position as a global industrial and mining hub.
