Turaif, June (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 07 يونيو 2026ء) The authority also highlighted the reserve's role in promoting biodiversity by providing a safe habitat for wildlife and native plants and supporting national efforts to achieve sustainable environmental development. It showcased initiatives to rehabilitate more than 750,000 hectares of degraded land, restore vegetation cover, and plant more than four million seedlings within the reserve.
The authority noted that its participation in World Environment Day reflects its commitment to promoting sustainability, preserving environmental heritage for future generations, and raising public awareness of environmental issues. These efforts contribute to improving quality of life and advancing environmental sustainability goals in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
