Specifically, the activities of 10 offices were immediately suspended, while the licenses of 27 offices were withdrawn for failing to resolve violations within the mandatory timeframe.
The violations varied and included breaches of rules governing recruitment activities and labor services, delays in returning amounts owed to clients, and failure to adequately address beneficiary complaints.
This oversight is part of the ministry's ongoing regulatory efforts to enhance compliance in the labor market and improve the efficiency of services provided.
The ministry affirmed its commitment to regularly monitoring the performance of all recruitment offices and enforcing regulatory penalties against non-compliant entities. The ministry urged all beneficiaries to use the reliable services provided through the Musaned platform, the authorized national platform for regulating recruitment services. This platform enables electronic contracting with approved providers and offers tools for evaluation, reporting, and follow-up.
