Diriyah, September (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 29 سبتمبر 2025ء) Jabal AlQurain Avenue forms an important part of the larger Qurain Cultural District, announced in 2024, and is designed to be a vibrant hub.
In addition to presenting Saudi products in retail, restaurants, and cafés, the new avenue also features a dynamic mix of arts, offices, and residences, allowing people to live, work, explore distinguished local brands, and enjoy authentic dining experiences.
The fully pedestrianized avenue will comprise 56 retail units, 15 restaurant and café units, 102 residential units, and 40 offices, in addition to hosting a range of academies and institutes specializing in Saudi heritage and culture.
Diriyah Company Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo said, “Jabal AlQurain Avenue marks an important step in our ongoing commitment to making Diriyah a place that nurtures Saudi talent, innovation, and creativity, helping it grow and prosper.”

The 56 retail units in Jabal AlQurain Avenue will cover a gross leasable area of 7,301 square meters, while the 15 restaurant and café units will total 2,248 square meters of gross leasable area.
The avenue complements the Qurain Cultural District project, whose foundation stone was laid in November 2024, a joint project between Nesma and Partners Contracting Co. UJSC and MAN Enterprise Al-Saudia LLC, valued at SAR5.8 billion ($1.55 billion).
In addition to the avenue’s new assets, the district will also include three world-class hotels and branded residences, including the Ritz-Carlton Diriyah (195 rooms and 165 residences), Address Diriyah (204 rooms and 60 serviced apartments), and the Four Seasons Diriyah (150 rooms).
The newly announced retail units within Jabal AlQurain Avenue will contribute to the wider Diriyah project, which spans 14 square kilometers and offers 566,000 square meters of retail space.
Diriyah contributes approximately SAR70 billion ($18.6 billion) to the Kingdom’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP), provides 180,000 jobs, and is expected to be home to an estimated 100,000 residents. It will also include modern office space for tens of thousands of professionals in technology, media, the arts, and education, as well as museums, a university, the Royal Diriyah Opera House, the Diriyah Arena, nearly 40 world-class resorts and hotels, restaurants, the Royal Golf Club Wadi Safar alongside the Greg Norman-designed championship golf course, and the Royal Equestrian and Polo Club in Wadi Safar.
