The MoU aims to strengthen the role of research and development in tackling technical and operational challenges within the aviation sector by localizing advanced technologies and developing forward-looking solutions. This strategic step directly supports the National Transport Strategy and aligns with the Kingdom’s priorities in the transportation and aviation sectors.
