Riyadh, September (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 24 سبتمبر 2025ء) The Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority has presented a key project on the Istitlaa platform titled ‘Power Quality Rules and Standards.’ The project aims to enhance the quality of electrical services for consumers and enable the authority to monitor provider performance and compliance with power quality standards. Public feedback on this project will be accepted until October 1, 2025.
The General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information has put forward a key project on the Istitlaa platform titled ‘Survey and Geospatial Information Law.’ The aim of the project is to regulate, develop, govern, and enhance the sector in alignment with international best practices and in line with modern technological advancements. Public feedback on the project is open until October 17, 2025.
The Real Estate General Authority is seeking public feedback on a new regulatory framework titled ‘Regulatory Sandbox Framework for PropTech.’ The project aims to establish a regulated and flexible environment that enables entrepreneurs, investors, and digital real estate service providers to pilot and evaluate innovative business models under the supervision of the authority. Public consultation on this project will remain open until October 18, 2025.
The introduction of draft regulations, by-laws, and similar projects through the Istitlaa platform serves as an affirmation of enhanced transparency in the legislative environment. In addition, Istitlaa fosters a culture of public participation by enabling citizens, government agencies, and the private sector to contribute their insights and feedback on proposed regulations related to the business environment.
