This service allows users to request emergency medical assistance through simple steps via the application, as well as an SOS feature. The integration of this service ensures rapid response to health emergencies, facilitated by collaboration between Tawakkalna and the Saudi Red Crescent Authority.
These offerings reflect Tawakkalna’s commitment to improving the journey of pilgrims and assisting them in performing their rituals effectively. This initiative aligns with the objectives of the Pilgrim Experience Program, a key component of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to leverage smart solutions for the benefit of pilgrims.
Pilgrims can access these services by downloading the Tawakkalna application from the App Store, Google Play, AppGallery, and Galaxy Store.
