At the end of the race, the sport minister crowned Australian driver Oscar Piastri of the McLaren team the winner of the Formula 1 stc Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2025. Moreover, the SAMF and SMC chairman crowned Dutch driver Max Verstappen of the Red Bull team second.
PIF governor and chairman of Saudi Aramco's Board of Directors crowned Charles Leclerc of Monaco, a driver for Ferrari, in third place.
Chairman of the Board of the stc Group presented the McLaren team with the award for winning this round. Meanwhile, the FIA president presented the FIA medal to Oscar Piastri, the Formula 1 stc Saudi Arabian Grand Prix winner.
During the thrilling race, which was attended by thousands of fans and extensively covered by local and international media, Dutch driver Max Verstappen of Red Bull claimed second place at the Formula 1 stc Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, finishing 2.843 seconds behind Oscar Piastri, while Charles Leclerc of Ferrari secured third, 8.104 seconds off the pace.
Concerning the rest of the standings, British driver Lando Norris (McLaren) finished fourth, followed by George Russell (Mercedes) in fifth. Italian Kimi Antonelli (Mercedes) secured sixth place, while Lewis Hamilton (Ferrari) came seventh. Carlos Sainz (Williams) placed eighth, Alexander Albon (Williams) ninth, and French driver Isack Hadjar (Racing Bulls) completed the top ten.
