Buraidah, August (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 27 أغسطس 2025ء) The carnival is organized by the National Center for Palms and Dates (NCPD) and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture branch, under the supervision of Qassim Region Principality. It is being held at the King Khalid Cultural Center in Buraidah from 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Visitors and tourists are introduced to rare date varieties displayed for the first time, presented in an elegant setting with informational panels highlighting the nutritional and cultural value of each type. The corner aims to showcase the richness of Saudi dates, promote their uniqueness and diversity to local and international audiences, and enhance Qassim's reputation for agricultural excellence.
The carnival, the largest seasonal date market in the world, draws farmers, traders, and tourists alike, combining economic, commercial, and tourism dimensions while contributing to the region's economic momentum.
