The turnout further reinforced the auction’s status as a leading global platform in the falcon breeding industry.
Throughout the event, the auction offered various activities. It aimed to support breeders from Saudi Arabia and abroad, while creating a safe and trusted environment for exchanging high-quality falcons, thus advancing Saudi Arabia’s leadership in the falconry sector regionally and globally.
The auction is part of the club’s strategy to cement the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for falconry events, foster investment in the industry, and preserve and advance this deeply rooted cultural heritage.
Since its launch four years ago, the auction has seen a steady increase in the number of falcons traded and a rise in total sales, which have exceeded SAR29 million, with more than 2,300 falcons sold. Notably, the auction saw the sale of the most expensive falcon from international breeding farms for SAR1.75 million, and the highest-priced falcon from local farms for over SAR500,000. This milestone reflects the auction’s global standing and credibility.
