Dr. Ghulam emphasized that the report serves as a scientific reference reflecting the current climate realities in Asia, based on precise data and in-depth analysis. He noted that the report is not merely a scientific document, but a reflection of accelerating environmental changes impacting the lives and well-being of billions of people across the continent and beyond.

He added that the report aims to strengthen early warning systems, boost investment in climate adaptation, and support regional cooperation—particularly in managing transboundary water and climate risks.
