Industry Ministry Highlights National Aerospace Strategy at Paris Air Show

Geneva, June (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز ‎‎‎ 19 يونيو 2025ء) The ministry's pavilion showcases the objectives of the National Aerospace Strategy and outlines the range of enablement and incentive programs offered by the ministry and its partners to support the growth of this vital industry. It also presents promising industrial and investment opportunities in aerospace and emphasizes public-private sector collaboration to attract advanced technologies and localize strategic aerospace-related industries, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

The participation of the ministry and its partners in the Paris Air Show underscores the Kingdom's expanding industrial capabilities and its commitment to building a sustainable, diversified economy. It also reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen local talent, attract global investment, and increase the contribution of strategic industries to national GDP.

On the sidelines of the show, the ministry participated in the Saudi–French Roundtable, which brought together major French aerospace companies, senior executives, sustainability and safety officials, and over 65 representatives from both the public and private sectors of both countries. The ministry presented the National Aerospace Strategy, highlighting its goals, key enablers, and the Kingdom's ambition to position itself as a regional and global aerospace hub.

In addition, the ministry and representatives from its partners participated in a field visit to Airbus' commercial aircraft manufacturing facility in Toulouse to explore the latest advancements in aircraft production and discuss potential areas for industrial collaboration between the two sides.

The Paris Air Show 2025 is recognized as one of the world's largest and most influential events in the aerospace industry. This year's edition features over 2,500 exhibitors from 46 countries, attracts thousands of professionals from civil and military aerospace, defense, and space sectors, and includes 300 startups from 21 countries. More than 150 aircraft are on display, with daily flight demonstrations showcasing cutting-edge aerospace technologies.
