Vienna, June (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 18 يونيو 2025ء) Al-Marshad also held other meetings on the sidelines of the OPEC Fund Development Forum, including with Republic of Azerbaijan Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov, where they discussed ways to enhance development cooperation between the two countries and explore funding opportunities in vital sectors in Azerbaijan. He also met with Burkina Faso's Minister of Economy and Finance Dr. Aboubakar Nacanabo to review development projects funded by the SFD in Burkina Faso and discuss avenues for strengthening development cooperation.
Furthermore, Deputy CEO of SFD Eng. Faisal bin Mohammed Al-Kahtani participated in a panel session titled “Digital Acceleration for Growth and Inclusion” as part of the forum’s agenda. During the session, he highlighted the fund’s development efforts, which provide sustainable solutions to the challenges facing developing countries and foster collaborative efforts to achieve future growth and prosperity.
