Turki Al-Hatirshi stated that Hadiyah is preparing to serve approximately 2.9 million pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors this season. He emphasized that this year's efforts focus on enriching the pilgrim experience from arrival to departure through innovative initiatives and effective community partnerships. The efforts are aligned with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, aiming to unify efforts in serving pilgrims.
He also affirmed the association's pride in serving pilgrims through trained teams, in accordance with the directives of the Kingdom's wise leadership, which is dedicated to the care of the Two Holy Mosques and the continuous enhancement of services provided to their visitors.
