Investigators Request Extension of Calvey's House Arrest for 3 Months - Court
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 11th April, 2019) The investigators are asking to extend the house arrest of Baring Vostok Investment Fund's founder Michael Calvey for three months, Moscow's Basmanny court told Sputnik on Thursday.
The court ordered earlier in the day to release Calvey, who is a suspect in a fraud case, from custody to and put him under house arrest until April 13 pending further extension on request by investigators.

"The Basmanny court has received requests from the investigative authorities to extend the term of house arrest of Calvey and [former head of the Vostochny Bank Alexei] Kordichev until July 14, 2019," court spokesperson Yunona Tsareva said.
According to Tsareva, the court will consider the requests on April 12.
