“Sikh Regiment refused to fight against Pakistan”

Indian Army’s 21 Sikh Regiment refused to be part of any aggression against Pakistan, some Indian channels quoting sources reported on Wednesday. Earlier, Sikh International Parliament issued directions to every Sikh to say no to war against Pakistan

LAHORE, (Pakistan Point News - 06th March, 2019) Indian Army’s 21 Sikh Regiment refused to be part of any aggression against Pakistan, some Indian channels quoting sources reported on Wednesday.

Earlier, Sikh International Parliament issued directions to every Sikh to say no to war against Pakistan. The parliament strictly advised the Sikh community against becoming part of any assault against Pakistan which is home to hundreds of Gurdwaras and birthplace of the founder of Sikh religion.

The Sikh Parliament said Hindus wanted hegemony in the region and Sikh would never be a part of it.

It added Indian Prime Minister Modi was a warmonger and put the peace of the region in danger.

The Parliament criticized and condemned Indian PM warmongering and appreciated the steps taken by PM Imran Khan for the establishment of peace in the region. The refusal of the Sikh Regiment is considered the greatest rebellion in the Indian army’s history.

There are reports that Indian intelligence agencies have started strict monitoring of Sikhs serving in the government department after the Pak India standoff.
