CAIRO (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 06th March, 2019) The parliamentary elections will take place in Tunisia on October 6, while the first round of the presidential vote is scheduled for November 10, local media reported on Wednesday, citing the country's Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE).
According to the TAP news agency, Tunisian citizens abroad will be able to vote in the parliamentary elections on October 4-6, and in the presidential election on November 8-10.
The news agency added that if no single candidate received an absolute majority of the vote during the presidential election, a second round would be held two weeks after the announcement of final results of the first round.
