The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has provided humanitarian assistance to an elderly care home in Aden, Yemen, as part of the continuous support provided by the UAE to Yemeni people
ADEN, (Pakistan Point News - 23rd Feb, 2019) The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has provided humanitarian assistance to an elderly care home in Aden, Yemen, as part of the continuous support provided by the UAE to Yemeni people.
This came during a visit by Mohammed Al Kaabi and Sultan Al Shamsi, who is representing the ERC, to the elderly care home, during which emergency needs were provided, including food and healthcare assistance.
The delegation was received by Ahmed Al-Mehdar, Director-General of Sheikh Othman Directorate in Aden, who thanked the delegation for everything they do to help underprivileged Yemenis. He pointed out that the care home needs to build additional rooms due to a large number of arrivals.
