Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Discusses Syria With Jordanian Ambassador - Statement
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov received on Thursday Jordanian Ambassador in Moscow Amjad Odeh Adaileh to discuss the situation in Syria, including the plight of refugees in Rukban camp, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 20th December, 2018) Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov received on Thursday Jordanian Ambassador in Moscow Amjad Odeh Adaileh to discuss the situation in Syria, including the plight of refugees in Rukban camp, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"During the discussion, the parties exchanged views on topical issues of the regional agenda with a focus on the situation in Syria, including the plight of Syrian refugees and internally displaced persons in the Rukban camp on the Jordanian-Syrian border," the ministry said in a statement.
According to the ministry, the parties also discussed key aspects of the Russian-Jordanian multifaceted interaction and the active bilateral dialogue.
