"Dmitry Rybolovlev is currently in Moscow.
He was not released on bail or on recognizance, but under the condition of judicial control, he is not prohibited from leaving Monaco and he is not limited in traveling, " the spokesperson said.
The Russian tycoon was detained in Monaco on Tuesday, reportedly over suspicions of corruption and influence peddling. The prosecution told Sputnik on Wednesday that Rybolovlev did face charges but did not specify what they were. The billionaire's legal team later said that he had been released without a travel ban but was under court-mandated supervision.
