US Republican Barr Has Early Lead in Kentucky House Race - Exit Polls
WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 07th November, 2018) US Republican Congressman Garland Barr is leading Democrat Amy McGrath in the state of Kentucky for a seat in the House of Representatives, early unofficial exit polling revealed.
Barr, the incumbent, is leading with 58 percent of the vote followed by McGrath with 40 percent, according to an exit poll conducted by CNN on Tuesday.
The first results became available as the first polls closed in the US state of Indiana and Kentucky at 6:00 p.m. EST (2300 GMT).
