Egypt's Top Diplomat Shoukry Says Meeting With Lavrov at UN 'Very Productive'
Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry told Sputnik on Friday that he had a very productive new meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the sidelines of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
UNITED NATIONS (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 28th September, 2018) Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry told Sputnik on Friday that he had a very productive new meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the sidelines of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
Lavrov and Shoukry held a bilateral meeting earlier on Friday at the United Nations headquarters.
When asked to characterize the meeting, Shoukry said, "Very productive."
