Supreme Court Announces Panama Verdict

ISLAMABAD, (Pakistan Point News – 20th April, 2017) : Justice Asif Saeed Khosa has announced the Panama verdict. He said that decision is of 3:2 majority. Justice said that how did the payment was transferred to Qatar, further investigations are required. Moreover, NAB Chairman was non-consensual regarding the investigations. He said that Chairman NAB was not ready to carry out the investigations and he failed to do his job. DG IFA was unsuccessful while investigating the white collar crime. For this reason, Supreme Court has announced to form Joint Investigation Team (JIT). PM Nawaz Sharif, Hassan and Hussain Nawaz will be presented in front of JIT and reports will be submitted to Sc every fortnight. justice Saeed Khosa read the decision which was of 540 pages.
