Russia's trade surplus in January-November 2019 decreased by 16 percent compared to the same period in 2018 and amounted to $147.9 billion, the Central Bank of Russia said Tuesday

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 10th December, 2019) Russia's trade surplus in January-November 2019 decreased by 16 percent compared to the same period in 2018 and amounted to $147.9 billion, the Central Bank of Russia said Tuesday.

It said the decrease in the trade surplus occurred "mainly due to a decrease in the exports of fuel and energy products under the influence of an unfavorable world price situation."
