Irresponsible Approach to Non-Proliferation Unacceptable - Moscow-Beijing Joint Statement
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 05th June, 2019) Russia and China believe that irresponsible approach of some countries to their commitments under the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons is unacceptable, a joint statement of the Russian and Chinese leaders issued Wednesday after their talks in Moscow said.
"The sides consider it unacceptable that some states are treating irresponsibly their commitments under the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. Such states should give up on using 'joint nuclear missions' and return all nuclear weapons placed outside the nuclear states to their territory," the statement read.
