One Person Died, 6 Injured After 2 Cars Collided in Russia's Southwest - Interior Ministry
UFA (Russia) (Pakistan Point news / Sputnik - 02nd June, 2019) One person died and six were injured on Sunday after two cars collided on a highway in Russia's southwestern Republic of Bashkortostan, the regional branch of Russia's Interior Ministry told Sputnik.
According to the agency, the collision took place at 6:00 p.m. [13:00 GMT].
"As a result of the accident the driver of the [Daewoo Nexis car] died and six of the passengers from both cars were taken to the hospital. Two of the injured people are children," the agency said, citing the police.
An investigation into the causes of the accident is underway.
