WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 29th May, 2019) US President Donald Trump will not decide on whether to extend the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START) with Russia until 2020, Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Weapons of Mass Destruction and Biodefense Tim Morrison said on Wednesday.
"I think New START Treaty is a decision the president would make at some point next year," Morrison said during a discussion at the Hudson Institute on the arms control landscape.
