ISLAMABAD (Pakistan Point News / Online - 08th May, 2019) New governor State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Raza Baqir has not taken over charge of his office so far despite issuance of notification in respect of his appointment.
The new Currency notes will however be issued after he assumes his office.
Raza Baqai is busy in his engagements in Islamabad. He is part of government team in budget making process besides finalizing IMF program. He is also discharging all the obligations of chairman FBR.
