Zelenskiy Gains 73.2% of Vote, While Poroshenko Receives 25.3% - National Exit Poll

KIEV (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 21st April, 2019) Ukrainian presidential candidate Volodymyr Zelenskiy is leading in the second round of the election with 73.2 percent of the vote, while his rival, incumbent President Petro Poroshenko, is receiving 25.

3 percent, the data of the Ukrainian national exit poll indicated.

At the same time, according to the exit poll by the 1+1 broadcaster, Zelenskiy has gained 72.7 percent, while Poroshenko has secured 27.3 percent.

The Ukrainian president is elected for a five-year term. The inauguration of the new president will take place before June 3.
