SC seeks audit report in respect of Canal View Housing Society

Islamabad (Pakistan Point News / Online - 08th April, 2019) Supreme Court of Pakistan while summoning an audit report of canal view housing society from registrar co-operative in case pertaining to removal of administration of this society adjourned the hearing for three weeks.

A three-member bench of the SC presided over by Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed took up the case for hearing on Monday.

Counsel of the petitioner informed the court that court had ordered to remove the administration for the sake of audit.

Audit has been done however, no report is not available currently.Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed remarked, "If they are clear in audit then matter will come to end", otherwise court will issue appropriate order according to the situation".Court while seeking fresh report of audit of housing society from registrar co-operative adjourned the hearing for three weeks.
