The detained terrorist is known as one of the most dangerous militants, who took part in the Speicher massacre and ensured arms deliveries to the terror group.

The Speicher camp was taken by the IS militants during the group's full-scale offensive in 2014 and resulted in the murder of at least 1,566 Iraqi Shiite cadets.
