BERLIN (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 28th February, 2019) A doctor and three his accomplices have been arrested on suspicions of involvement in doping practices, the Munich prosecutor's office told Sputnik Thursday.
On Wednesday, Munich's prosecution said that four people had been detained and 11 searches conducted in Germany and Austria in a doping case.
"Two people were detained in Erfurt, two more were detained in Seefeld. All the four are German nationals. There are no athletes among them. All of them have been detained and arrested on suspicions of applying doping methods," a representative of the prosecution said.
One of the arrested is a doctor, Mark C., while the others are his assistants, the representative added.
