The Russian delegation plans to meet on Tuesday in Astana with Iranian representatives as part of talks on Syria, which are scheduled for November 28-29, Aidarbek Tumatov, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry's director for Asia and Africa, told reporters Tuesday.
