Moscow Blames Kiev for Escalation of Tensions in Black Sea Region

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 26th November, 2018) The responsibility for the escalation of the conflict situation in the Azov Sea-Black Sea region fully lies with Ukraine, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Monday.
The ministry summoned Ukraine's charge d'affaires ad interim Ruslan Nimchinsky earlier in the day to hand him a protest note in connection with Kiev's provocative actions in the Kerch Strait on Sunday.
"The ministry stressed that the whole responsibility for the possible negative development of the conflict situation in the Azov Sea-Black Sea region lies entirely on the Ukrainian side," the ministry said in a statement.
