Russia Satisfies All US Requests on Verification of Compliance with INF Treaty - Patrushev

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 23rd November, 2018) Russia always responds attentively to all US verification requests and provides Washington with comprehensive data confirming the absence of violations of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF Treaty), Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev said Friday.

"We have reminded the Americans that the Russian side always makes vigorous efforts to remove Washington's claims, attentively responds to all US requests and provides exhaustive data confirming the absence of violations of the INF Treaty," Patrushev told reporters.

Patrushev stressed that Russia strictly complies with the provisions of the INF Treaty and will not take steps that could lead to violations of this bilateral agreement.

"We are ready to continue a substantive depoliticized dialogue with the United States at the expert level on this agreement in the interest of maintaining strategic stability," he added.
