Two Killed, 1 Injured After Helicopter Crash in Florida Mobile Home Park - Police

WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 31st October, 2018) Two people were killed and another injured after a helicopter crashed into a mobile home park in the US state of Florida, the Highland County Sheriff's Office said in a statement.

"A helicopter has crashed in the Sebring Falls Mobile Home Park," the Sheriff's Office said Tuesday on their official Twitter account. "Another confirmed fatality, bringing the total to 2.

Both believed to be from the helicopter. One person on the ground was injured."

The two fatalities were the people inside the helicopter and the injured person who was on the ground has been hospitalized, according to authorities.

Two homes caught on fire due to the crash, with one destroyed, according to the investigators. At the time of the crash, no one was inside the houses, local media reported, citing police. As of Tuesday evening, the cause of the crash remains unknown.
