UAE delegation concludes participation in Italian-Arab Business Forum

SHARJAH, (Pakistan Point News - 21st Oct, 2018) As part of a UAE delegation, the Sharjah Economic Development Department, SEDD, recently concluded its visit to Italy. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy headed the delegation which participated at the Italian-Arab Business Forum.

The UAE was the Forum's "Guest of Honour", which saw the participation of delegations from a number of Arab countries and in the presence of a number of officials, businesspeople and investment companies from Italy and Arab countries.

During the visit, number of meetings with ministers and officials were held to discuss means of cooperation in economic and trade fields between the two countries.

The forum allowed for discussions on business and investment opportunities, challenges and exchange of information on the most important sectors to be developed.

Abdelaziz Omar Al Midfa, Deputy Director of Government Communication Department at SEDD, said that that the Department’s participation comes within its concerns to promote and attract, investments as well as capital to UAE in general, and Sharjah in particular.
