Trump Pledges 'Very Severe' Consequences for Saudi Arabia if It Killed Khashoggi
WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 19th October, 2018) President Donald Trump on Thursday promised to deliver a strong response after he gets the results of a probe into Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi's disappearance, vowing that the kingdom will face "very severe" consequences if it is found responsible.

Asked what consequences Saudi Arabia could face if the kingdom is found to be behind Khashoggi's murder, Trump said, "Well, they'll have to be very severe. I mean it's bad bad stuff."
"We are waiting for investigations, waiting for the results, and we'll have them very soon," Trump told reporters. "I think we'll be making a� statement, a very strong statement but we are waiting for the results of about three different investigations, and we should be able to get to the bottom of it."
